MCSE or MCITP?

The MCSE confirms your ability to analyze the business requirements for information systems solutions and to design/implement infrastructures based on Windows Server 2003.

Will the MCSE expire?

Take a quick look at Microsoft’s job search showing many high level positions still requiring a MCSE 2003.

Even though MCSE 2003 Certification sounds dated most technology professionals still regard the 2003 MCSE as the current certification. Read forums and websites on the Internet, they are still advising those looking to get into the field to focus on getting the MCSE 2003.

Corporates are not looking to rush into a system wide upgrade right away.

Microsoft has provided a two exam upgrade path from MCSE the MCITP and MCTS certification.
